Construct – The Volumetric Movie

Early to work one morning, Aiden happens upon illegal activities purveyed by his employer and is drawn into a brutal fight for his life and the safety of his family.

Construct VR is an immersive adaption of the short movie created by Kevin Margo. The immersive version runtime is 8 minutes.

It is a world premiere, Construct VR is the first pre-rendered 6 degrees of freedom movie ever created and distributed.
The PresenZ image format allowed us to keep the original design and visual quality while transforming the movie into a fully immersive experience.

But Construct VR is much more than a technological masterpiece, it is also a breakthrough for VR storytelling. Construct might be the first actual action movie in VR. It explores new dimensions for the medium like a very dynamic editing that matches perfectly the fast action in the fight scenes while making the movie incredibly comfortable to watch.
